1. Participation in the public auction implies acceptance of the general conditions and obligations deriving therefore.
2. All lots may be viewed and checked before the auction, upon appointment. Our company reserves the right to request personal identification and bank references from the auction participants, as well as to prohibit entrance to the auction room and/or viewing the lots by the undesired participants. The lots are described with maximum care and the catalogue will also photographs. Descriptions in the catalogue do not mean guarantees for quality and authenticity and YAMAN COMPANY S.R.L. does not assume any liability for this information. YAMAN COMPANY S.R.L. is not liable for any defects of the items. Defects which can be seen from illustrations (margins, perforations, cancellation, centering etc.) cannot be subject of complaints. Auction participants are liable for any damaged caused to the lots during viewing.
3. Lots are knocked down to the highest bidder. YAMAN COMPANY S.R.L. has the right in justified cases to refuse the knock down a lot, and to withdraw, combine and divide lots. In case of equal written bids, the bid received first takes precedence. For lots marked with “Bid“ instead of starting price, the buyer can bid with a sum corresponding to his/her own estimated value. The minimum bid is EUR 10,00. All bids entered using stampauctionnetwork.com and/or stampcircuit.com will be considered in Euro.
