4. Written orders to bid will be executed without recourse. The maximum prices as offered will be exhausted only to the extent as necessary to overbid other offers.
YAMAN COMPANY S.R.L. cannot be hold responsible for any error, fault in the execution of written bids. Also YAMAN COMPANY S.R.L. cannot be hold responsible for any error that might occur before or during the online or telephone auction. Participation in telephone auction is subject to prior appointment and approval.
5. The auctioneer receives a commission from the buyer of 17% (+V.A.T.) of the hammer price. The buyer will be charged with the cost of postage, packing, insurance, value added tax and the cost of import if necessary.
6. Bidders are obliged to take over the won lots. Invoice to room bidders are payable immediately, all other invoices are payable upon receipt. Invoices issued during or immediately after the auction are subject to review and possible amendments. All other lots will be sent by mail or courier upon receipt of payment and upon request by the buyer. Lots remain in the property of the seller until payment has been made in full which includes clearance of any cheques and payment of any bills of exchange.
The buyer has no right to request delivery of any lots until payment has been made in full.
The risks of the purchased lots are transferred to the buyer, and the buyer is required to accept the lots.
